Opis

  • Set and refine Cyera’s brand purpose, positioning, narrative, and voice.
  • Unify Data Security, Agent Security, and Identity Security through a platform-wide story.
  • Turn original research and data into a distinctive point of view with Research teams.
  • Lead the Brand Content and Social storytelling teams.
  • Establish storytelling principles, frameworks, editorial standards, strategy, formats, channels, and cadence.
  • Experiment with formats and distribution methods, then expand those that work.
  • Partner with Creative, Design Studio, Integrated Marketing, and Communications on campaigns, launches, events, and executive communications.
  • Give briefs and feedback that keep the brand consistent.
  • Help senior leaders shape narratives for keynotes, media, and other important moments.
  • Create a scalable framework for activating the brand inside and outside the company.
  • Equip employees, partners, and teams with brand tools, guidelines, and training.
  • Develop a system to measure brand health and business impact.
  • Own awareness, consideration, recall, and sentiment metrics.
  • Use brand tracking, audience insights, and content performance to refine strategy.
  • Partner with Demand Gen and Analytics to assess the brand’s impact on business and pipeline.
  • Report to the VP of Corporate Marketing and contribute as a senior leader on the corporate marketing team.

Zahteve

  • Bring 12–15 years of experience in brand strategy, brand marketing, content strategy, or editorial leadership.
  • B2B technology or category-defining brand experience is a plus.
  • Have defined a brand platform or positioning that changed how a company was perceived and helped it win.
  • Demonstrate exceptional storytelling, writing, editing, and narrative-shaping skills.
  • Have led content and social teams and established standards they follow.
  • Be skilled at turning research and data into a distinctive point of view.
  • Bring enterprise brand experience and the ability to make a technical brand feel human and memorable while retaining credibility with CISOs and boards.
  • Use AI tools fluently in strategy and storytelling.
  • Build strong relationships across marketing, sales, product, research, and executive teams.
  • Have people leadership experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing senior talent.
  • Work in keeping with Cyera’s principles: push boundaries, take ownership and act, and elevate together.
  • Lead in keeping with Cyera’s approach: model, coach, and care.
