Opis

  • Guide client relationships and engagements from kickoff through completion.
  • Oversee technology risk for strategic clients.
  • Build analytics, automation, and modern technology solutions to address complex business challenges.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as MIS, CIS, or analytics.
  • At least nine years of experience in professional services or a related industry.
  • Professional Databricks certification: Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional or Databricks Certified Machine Learning Professional.
  • Ability to explain the value of Databricks capabilities and a demonstrated record of data storytelling.
  • Experience developing, communicating, and executing data strategies with Databricks and related technologies.
  • Experience evaluating on-premises or cloud data solutions.
  • Advanced ability to architect future-state data solutions using Databricks-aligned Well-Architected Frameworks.
  • Experience planning data solution migrations to Databricks.
  • Strong capability implementing ETL processes and databases.
  • Extensive experience optimizing data pipelines, queries, and data models.
  • Knowledge of administering and maintaining stable, secure, scalable, and cost-effective data solutions.
  • Strong data engineering skills, including data movement, integration, transformation, and cleansing.
  • Ability to design, manage, and optimize data warehouses and modern data platforms.
  • Strong data modeling skills, including entity-relationship, dimensional, and semantic models.
  • Ability to conduct data analytics and exploratory data analysis.
  • Experience implementing data governance frameworks and working with Unity Catalog.
  • Understanding of data security, encryption, access control, networking, DevOps/DataOps, and Databricks deployment.
  • Expertise in SQL and Spark, including PySpark and Spark SQL.
  • Proficiency in at least three of the listed Databricks technologies and familiarity with most of them.
  • Skills in developing business relationships and professional networks.
  • Experience in business development and client acquisition.
  • Ability to communicate issues, risks, and challenges to client staff and executives.
  • Leadership and direct supervisory experience, including performance reviews, mentoring, coaching, work review, and team coordination.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
