Opis

  • Reach warm and cold prospects through outbound calls
  • Assess leads and arrange appointments for the sales team
  • Log the outcome of each call in the CRM
  • Follow up with prospects by phone and email
  • Meet weekly call and booking goals
  • Manage an outbound call list and guide booked leads from first contact through handover
  • Start conversations with UK prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team

Zahteve

  • Experience in telesales or outbound calling
  • Clear, confident spoken English
  • Experience with a CRM system or dialler
  • Resilience and a focus on meeting targets
  • Availability to work 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
  • HubSpot or Salesforce experience is an advantage
  • B2B sales experience is an advantage
  • Previous experience contacting UK prospects is an advantage
