Description
- Reach warm and cold prospects through outbound calls
- Assess leads and arrange appointments for the sales team
- Log the outcome of each call in the CRM
- Follow up with prospects by phone and email
- Meet weekly call and booking goals
- Manage an outbound call list and guide booked leads from first contact through handover
- Start conversations with UK prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team
Requirements
- Experience in telesales or outbound calling
- Clear, confident spoken English
- Experience with a CRM system or dialler
- Resilience and a focus on meeting targets
- Availability to work 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST)
- HubSpot or Salesforce experience is an advantage
- B2B sales experience is an advantage
- Previous experience contacting UK prospects is an advantage
