Stock Controller

Manage warehouse inventory and production supplies at bloomon, a direct-to-consumer flower business. Maintain accurate stock records, shipments, and FIFO/FEFO handling.

Descriere

  • Maintain stock levels and record transactions in NetSuite and RF Smart.
  • Receive purchase orders, move goods into the warehouse, and store them on racking.
  • Count stock regularly and assist with inventory audits.
  • Identify, label, and store materials and supplies correctly.
  • Track incoming shipments.
  • Update inventory locations in the system.
  • Supply production lines with materials and record stock withdrawals in the system.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
  • Coordinate with the team on incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  • Check expiration dates and remove expired stock using FIFO/FEFO practices.

Cerințe

  • Bring a friendly, positive, and collaborative approach to the team.
  • Communicate in English at a working level, both spoken and written.
  • A forklift, EPT, or hand pallet truck license is an advantage.
  • Have experience using a warehouse management system (WMS).
