Descriere

  • Shape sourcing strategies and improve procurement efficiency through tenders, contract negotiations, and favourable pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
  • Interpret data and work with internal and external partners to recommend improvements to systems, processes, and technology.
  • Manage sourcing strategies and supplier relationships to procure goods and services on time and cost-effectively.
  • Own relationships with third-party providers and suppliers.
  • Apply sound controls and processes across the full third-party and supplier relationship lifecycle.
  • Work with PIC teams and functions on each stage of the third-party and supplier lifecycle, from due diligence and selection to onboarding, renewal, or exit.
  • Identify, mitigate, and manage supplier risks in line with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Cerințe

  • Understand the FCA and PRA regulatory framework and its application to the company.
  • Bring strong expertise in strategic sourcing, supplier management, and third-party selection across IT and Investments.
  • Demonstrate commercial negotiation skills that deliver cost efficiencies, economies of scale, and greater supplier value.
  • Have substantial category management experience, using spend analysis and market insight to shape effective category strategies.
  • Show a track record of improving supplier performance.
  • Understand supply chain resilience and ESG considerations.
  • Use data to inform decisions.
  • Demonstrate the ability to encourage innovation and collaboration across the supply chain.
  • Be proficient with procurement and strategic sourcing systems and tools.
  • Hold a relevant procurement or supply chain qualification, or have equivalent professional experience.
  • Bring strong project, organisational, and self-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines consistently.
  • Communicate, negotiate, and influence effectively, building support and positive outcomes with a range of stakeholders.
  • Apply sound commercial judgement and business awareness to decisions and problem-solving.
  • Analyse information, identify insights, and make well-informed decisions.
  • Work effectively within established policies, procedures, and functional frameworks while remaining accountable for delivery.
  • Have strong digital skills, including working knowledge of MS Access, PowerPoint, and Word, and effective use of AI tools.
