Descriere

  • Define the technical scope of prospective business opportunities.
  • Support sales teams with in-depth product knowledge.
  • Answer customer technical questions and demonstrate product capabilities.
  • Assess customers’ business needs, strategies, objectives, functions, and processes.
  • Recommend suitable SMS and payments technology solutions.
  • Gather prospect requirements and assess their needs.
  • Prepare solution scope documents and statements of work.
  • Maintain continuity between Sales and Services to help accelerate time to revenue.
  • Act as the technical lead for prospects during pre-sales engagements.
  • Deliver live and recorded product demonstrations.
  • Develop solutions to complex customer challenges.
  • Prepare sales materials, proposals, product recommendations, and responses to RFx requests.
  • Build expertise in SMS and text messaging, payment services and gateways, mobile wallets, alternative payment methods, CaaS providers, and competitors.
  • Work across Sales, Account Management, Product, Implementations, Product Development, and third-party software partners.
  • Share market insights and product feedback with Product Management.
  • Advise sales leads and the broader Sales team.
  • Follow company policies and safeguard information security.

Cerințe

  • At least two years of experience integrating with web APIs.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, especially REST APIs and JSON protocols.
  • General familiarity with and use of Postman Collections.
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly and understand complex systems, including APIs, databases, SDKs, and Basecamp.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence leading meetings with C-level contacts.
  • Ability to identify and explain practical solutions to complex integration problems.
  • Payments and SMS or text messaging experience preferred.
  • Full professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Availability to work full time, at least 40 hours per week.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 20%.
  • Knowledge of cloud and hybrid services, including LMS, LOS, CRM, and ERP.
  • Strong technical writing, presentation, analytical, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
  • Good working proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, manage time, work independently, and meet demanding deadlines.
