Solutions Architect, DACH (Germany Remote)

Help Cohere deliver secure enterprise AI solutions to businesses and public institutions across the DACH region. Lead customer pilots, technical architectures, RFP responses, and AI adoption strategies from discovery through deployment.

Descriere

  • Translate customer challenges into relevant Cohere solutions and use cases
  • Collaborate with account executives, partners, and executive leaders
  • Serve as the trusted technical advisor for customer stakeholders and technical relationships
  • Drive adoption of Cohere products within customer organizations and internally
  • Capture customer insights and feedback to inform product direction
  • Lead the design and deployment of pilots for strategic enterprise and government customers
  • Own the technical narrative from discovery and architecture through pilot outcomes and the business case
  • Deliver structured customer feedback to Product and Engineering teams
  • Lead technical discussions during customer calls
  • Design enterprise architectures for North deployments, including on-premises, air-gapped, and sovereign cloud environments that meet German and EU requirements
  • Provide detailed responses to customer questions about Cohere technology
  • Help customer executives prioritize use cases, establish success metrics, and build the business case for AI adoption
  • Facilitate customer evaluations and pilots within their technology environments
  • Own technical responses to RFPs and public tenders, including security questionnaires and Lastenheft-to-solution mapping
  • Create and document scalable processes for the Solutions Architect function and adjacent teams
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to align offerings with customer requirements
  • Develop partner enablement strategies with system integrators, consultancies, and sovereign cloud providers

Cerințe

  • At least three years of experience in customer-facing technical roles combining hands-on delivery and advisory work, such as consulting data scientist, forward-deployed engineer, deployment strategist, or solutions architect
  • Experience taking AI or data solutions from executive-level problem definition through production deployment
  • Strong interest in agentic AI and a practical understanding of where large language models create value in production
  • Sound understanding of machine learning fundamentals, including training, evaluation, and retrieval
  • Ability to design evaluation frameworks for customer pilots
  • Excellent communication skills with both C-suite and technical audiences
  • Ability to work effectively amid ambiguity while creating high-impact structure and processes
  • Comfort working with Python and assistive coding tools
  • Professional fluency in English and German at C1 level or higher, including business negotiation
  • Experience in the German market, such as with a systems integrator or consultancy, or with RFPs and public tenders, is an advantage
  • The role is open to Associate through Staff-level individual contributors; three years of experience is the stated minimum
