Descriere

  • Own end-to-end performance and scalability analysis for the NVIDIA DGX Cloud software stack, spanning Kubernetes control and data planes, GPU Operator, Network Operator, DCGM, NIM, and distributed inference serving.
  • Partner with AI researchers, developers, and customers to create automated tests that model real-world workloads.
  • Analyze performance and scalability problems in complex distributed systems and determine their root causes.
  • Create monitoring, reporting, and analytical tools for testing software, GPU, and CPU performance and scale.
  • Triage, debug, and resolve issues involved in operating Kubernetes clusters at ultra-large scale.
  • Develop and maintain continuous performance and scalability testing through a modern CI/CD pipeline.
  • Record research, methods, and findings, and present results at internal and external events such as KubeCon and GTC.
  • Participate in Kubernetes, CNCF, and NVIDIA open-source communities to assess AI workload performance and help shape design decisions.

Cerințe

  • At least eight years of experience with computer architecture, networking, storage systems, or accelerators.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering—preferably electrical engineering, computer engineering, or computer science—or equivalent experience.
  • Expert-level Kubernetes knowledge and familiarity with related CNCF projects.
  • Experience working with large-scale parallel and distributed systems based on accelerators.
  • Expertise in optimizing performance and AI workloads on large-scale systems.
  • Experience with performance modeling and benchmarking at scale.
  • Proficiency in Golang and Python.
  • Experience with the NVIDIA software ecosystem for training and inference.
  • Expertise with at least one public cloud infrastructure provider, such as GCP, AWS, Azure, or OCI.
  • Strong operational experience with a Kubernetes distribution.
  • Experience scaling Kubernetes clusters to ultra-large node and object counts.
  • A demonstrated record of open-source community participation.
  • A PhD in a relevant field is a standout qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
