Descriere

  • Set product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for logistics, transportation, and operational technology initiatives.
  • Make sure solutions scale reliably and fit day-to-day operating needs.
  • Find and prioritize ways to improve network efficiency, costs, safety, scalability, and service performance.
  • Build business cases, define success measures, and weigh investments to guide priorities and execution.
  • Apply analytics, automation, and emerging technologies to improve operational results.
  • Turn customer and operational needs into clear product, functional, and technical requirements.
  • Coordinate delivery milestones, risks, and dependencies across teams and systems.
  • Account for operational, technical, and regulatory factors that affect logistics and transportation products.
  • Evaluate product results in real-world use and refine solutions over time.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to launch products that improve network operations, visibility, and data-led decisions.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Expertise in network performance data and product, program, or technology management in logistics.
  • Expertise in systems integration, operational platforms, and asset management technologies.
  • Strong data analytics, business intelligence, and systems integration skills.
  • Follow the security guidelines in OnTrac’s Acceptable Use policy.
  • Communicate effectively, influence decisions, and facilitate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Balance long-term product direction with hands-on execution, and work effectively amid ambiguity.
  • Address complex, unfamiliar challenges by assessing intangible factors and their potential effects.
  • Use conceptual thinking to understand advanced issues and their wider operational, technical, and business implications.
  • Lead and contribute actively to company objectives and guiding principles.
