Descriere

  • Map existing processes, owners, exceptions, trusted data sources and acceptance criteria.
  • Design and manage SharePoint information architecture across hubs, sites, Lists, libraries, metadata, permissions and search.
  • Deliver maintainable Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, Power BI reports and Copilot experiences grounded in approved information.
  • Define system boundaries and decide when information should be linked, surfaced or integrated instead of duplicated.
  • Manage the backlog, prototypes, testing, defect resolution, releases, documentation, training and support handover.
  • Set baselines and adoption measures with Tony and functional owners, and use evidence to inform recommendations on expansion.
  • Set up access, environments, delivery cadence, backlog, risk and decision tracking, and reporting to the Managing Director.
  • Agree on shared architecture, minimum customer and project data, identifiers, permissions, ownership and support controls.
  • Map a live process and deliver a working pilot within the Master Hub framework.
  • Validate usability, data quality, permissions, workflow behaviour, reporting and Copilot grounding.
  • Document reusable approaches, train users, complete handover and recommend subsequent backlog priorities based on measured evidence.

Cerințe

  • Based in the Philippines.
  • Able to take an ambiguous idea independently through discovery, development, testing and supported release.
  • Strong knowledge of modern SharePoint information architecture, permissions, metadata, document control and governance.
  • Recent hands-on delivery of Power Apps, Power Automate and grounded, permission-aware Copilot or Copilot Studio experiences.
  • Able to map processes, identify source systems, design shared identifiers and prevent uncontrolled data duplication.
  • Strong English skills.
  • Communicates concisely, escalates issues early, documents work consistently and can reliably overlap with Auckland working hours.
  • Helpful additional experience includes Power BI semantic models, Dataverse, custom connectors, ALM, Microsoft Graph, Azure Functions, ERP/PDM integration, PnP or SPFx.
  • Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work.
