Descriere

  • Lead discovery sessions, workshops, and solution design with business, data, and technology stakeholders.
  • Design end-to-end Microsoft Azure data and AI solutions spanning ingestion, platforms, models, applications, and consumption.
  • Translate business objectives and use cases into target architectures, technical roadmaps, estimates, and delivery plans.
  • Develop and modernize data platforms using Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, and other relevant Azure services.
  • Design and implement data pipelines, integrations, and data products for batch, streaming, and real-time scenarios.
  • Own data architecture, modeling, quality, metadata, governance, security, and access controls.
  • Shape and build generative AI and conventional AI/ML solutions using technologies such as Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure Machine Learning.
  • Evaluate whether generative AI, conventional AI/ML, analytics, or traditional data solutions best address each client need.
  • Contribute hands-on code, integrations, prototypes, and production-oriented implementations designed for transparency, cost control, and lifecycle management.
  • Serve as a technical advisor in client engagements and coach data engineers, developers, architects, and data scientists throughout delivery.
  • Track Microsoft’s evolving data and AI strategy and turn new capabilities into relevant, practical client solutions.

Cerințe

  • Several years of experience designing and delivering advanced data and AI solutions on Microsoft Azure.
  • Demonstrated solution design experience spanning needs analysis, architecture, estimation, technical decisions, and delivery.
  • Strong background in data architecture and modern data platforms, including lakehouses, data warehouses, data products, and integration architecture.
  • Hands-on data engineering experience with pipelines, transformation, orchestration, modeling, and performance optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks, or comparable Azure-based data and analytics services.
  • Practical generative AI experience, such as RAG, agent-based solutions, model evaluation, or integrating language models into applications.
  • Understanding of conventional AI/ML and the requirements for developing, deploying, and maintaining models in production.
  • Hands-on proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience using APIs, Git, CI/CD, and modern development and integration patterns.
  • Ability to design for data quality, metadata, governance, identity, security, observability, and cost control.
  • Proven consulting experience, including building trust, leading client conversations, and connecting technical decisions to business value.
  • Ability to explain complex technical choices clearly to executives, architects, and delivery teams.
  • Excellent spoken and written Swedish and English.
  • Preferred: Deep experience with data warehousing and medallion architecture.
  • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or similar technologies.
  • Preferred: Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, or Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Preferred: Experience architecting agent-based solutions, RAG, search, and grounding, including Azure AI Search.
  • Preferred: Experience with MLOps, LLMOps, model and prompt evaluation, and production monitoring.
  • Preferred: Experience with Microsoft Purview and approaches to data governance, master data, lineage, and data quality.
  • Preferred: Experience with event-driven solutions, streaming, data mesh, or domain-oriented data products.
  • Preferred: Experience with responsible AI, identity, networking, security, and regulatory requirements for data and AI solutions.
  • Preferred: Infrastructure as Code experience, such as Bicep or Terraform.
  • Preferred: Experience with presales, proposal development, or shaping large data and AI transformation programs.
  • Preferred: Relevant Microsoft certifications in Azure, data, or AI.
