Descriere

  • Build and nurture relationships with a portfolio of mortgage brokers.
  • Work with aggregator partners to identify opportunities and pursue shared goals.
  • Advise on loan scenarios and lending structures.
  • Serve as a trusted adviser to brokers.
  • Represent Bridgit at broker and aggregator events.
  • Explain Bridgit’s value proposition and grow its broker network.
  • Meet settlement volume targets and agreed KPIs.
  • Deliver consistently strong customer service.
  • Monitor and report sales performance against company objectives.
  • Work with internal teams to make processes more efficient.
  • Enhance the broker experience and address client needs.
  • Develop new business and extend Bridgit’s mortgage broker network.

Cerințe

  • Experience in residential mortgage lending and sales.
  • A record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the broker industry.
  • Sound knowledge of mortgage products, credit criteria and lending structures.
  • A relationship-focused approach and ability to build lasting partnerships.
