Descriere

  • Own the design and delivery of agentic AI capabilities for the NBA platform
  • Develop and manage AI agent workflows for analysis, recommendations, and automation
  • Write and deploy production code with the engineering team
  • Architect multi-step agentic pipelines connecting platform data, decision outputs, and activation channels
  • Integrate large language models, including Claude and GPT, into platform workflows
  • Use prompt engineering, tool calling, structured outputs, and context management techniques
  • Collaborate with frontend and product teams on AI-powered analysis and recommendations for the Command and Control UI and other operator-facing surfaces
  • Create evaluation frameworks for measuring AI output quality
  • Maintain reliable, auditable, and safe agentic workflows in a regulated healthcare setting
  • Lead a small team of engineers and contractors
  • Set delivery expectations, review contractor contributions, and uphold quality standards
  • Promote effective AI-assisted development practices across the engineering organization
  • Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings

Cerințe

  • At least six years of software or machine learning engineering experience
  • One to two years focused on LLM integration, agentic AI, or AI product engineering
  • Practical experience building production agentic systems with multi-step pipelines, tool orchestration, structured outputs, and multi-turn conversation management
  • Production experience with retrieval-augmented generation and vector search
  • Strong Python development skills
  • Experience integrating LLM APIs, including Anthropic, OpenAI, or comparable services, into production applications
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a small team or pod through delivery and manage contractor resources
  • Sound judgment when applying AI in regulated, member-facing environments
  • Ability to explain agentic architecture to engineering and product stakeholders
  • Extensive experience with AI productivity tools such as Claude and Copilot
  • Preferred: experience coordinating multi-agent systems
  • Preferred: experience integrating agentic AI with custom enterprise software and systems such as Salesforce, Adobe Experience Platform, or claims platforms
  • Preferred: experience creating AI-powered analytics or insight interfaces for business intelligence or operational applications
  • Preferred: experience in healthcare, insurance, or another regulated industry
  • Preferred: experience with AI evaluation frameworks and techniques for detecting output-quality issues or drift
  • Preferred: familiarity with the Anthropic Claude API and Claude Agent SDK
  • Typically available Monday through Friday for eight hours per day, five days per week
  • Home internet with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
  • Dedicated workspace free from ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI and HIPAA information
