Descriere

  • Manage the sales cycle from qualified inbound demos through follow-up and closing with installers of all sizes.
  • Build, launch, and continually improve Spruce’s sales processes.
  • Work with the founder to pursue enterprise opportunities with manufacturers, suppliers, and energy companies.
  • Select and implement sales tools, including LLMs, to improve team efficiency.
  • Support Spruce’s growth and wider adoption of heat pumps in the UK.
  • Visit installers on-site to understand their challenges and quickly develop and implement solutions based on their feedback.

Cerințe

  • Have 1–4 years of sales experience.
  • Show initiative and a track record of getting things done independently.
  • Be highly motivated and willing to work hard to achieve goals.
  • Build trust through an authentic approach and develop strong relationships with prospects and colleagues.
  • Bring logical and emotional intelligence, including analytical and numerical reasoning and interpersonal skills.
  • Communicate clearly and concisely, including explaining complex ideas in simple terms.
  • Write to a high standard and pay close attention to detail.
  • Have an interest in or enthusiasm for heat pumps.
  • Have the right to work in the UK.
  • Be willing to work in person at least three days a week.
  • A university education is not required.
  • Additional professional-level languages are not required.
