Associate Relationship Manager, Mid-Market Banking

Descriere

  • Support a growing Mid-Market portfolio of businesses with £50m–£500m turnover.
  • Partner with a Relationship Director serving clients across Bristol and the South East of England.
  • Help deliver term loans, revolving credit facilities and other banking solutions.
  • Contribute to new business origination and the development of new-to-bank relationships.
  • Attend client meetings, prepare agendas and briefing notes, track follow-up actions and share updates.
  • Guide clients through the lending process and identify high-value clients and product opportunities.
  • Help prepare credit proposals, monitor risk and contribute to financial analysis.
  • Assist with credit reviews, facility changes, client onboarding, proposals and tender submissions.
  • Manage diaries and inboxes, prioritise work and help improve processes.
  • Work with internal teams and product partners to provide tailored banking solutions.
  • Develop lasting, multi-product client relationships and strengthen client engagement.

Cerințe

  • At least two years of customer-facing experience in corporate or commercial banking.
  • Experience supporting lending and credit work, including financial analysis and contributing to credit proposals or reviews.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Confidence building and maintaining relationships.
  • Clear written and spoken communication.
  • A proactive approach and readiness to learn.
  • Understanding of risk and how to manage it effectively.
  • Experience with CRW, PEGA and Co-Pilot is desirable but not essential.
