Senior Strategic Consultant, Banking Conversions (Florida Remote)

Lead conversion initiatives for banks and credit unions across core banking, digital banking, and vendor technologies. Manage complex projects, vendor relationships, contracts, and client strategy.

Apraksts

Assess client needs, recommend appropriate solutions, and strengthen long-term client relationships
Lead complex client engagements using established industry practices
Create, tailor, and maintain RFPs, project schedules, and other delivery documentation
Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets in line with approved plans or statements of work
Coordinate workshops, vendor sessions, meetings, communications, and other key project activities
Advise on the conversion, implementation, and merger of banking and credit union solutions
Identify, resolve, track, and escalate project risks, gaps, and issues
Build and maintain relationships with strategic technology vendors
Analyze financial-services market trends and contribute to solution demonstrations
Monitor vendor developments, competitive activity, system changes, and product functionality
Advocate for client and Engage fi priorities during vendor engagements
Support process assessments, improvements, implementations, and best-practice tool development
Record project hours and monitor billing budgets
Coach and train Engage fi team members

Prasības

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent related experience
At least 10 years of experience in credit unions, banking, payments, or a related vendor industry
Previous leadership experience, project oversight or management expertise, and familiarity with core banking conversions are preferred
Extensive knowledge of core banking, related vendors, solutions, tools, and processes
Experience delivering vendor-selection technology projects involving both packaged products and custom solutions
Strong understanding of vendor technology contracts, standard commercial terms, and comparative analysis of vendor proposal pricing
Ability to manage external vendors and clients, including their employees, consultants, and designated subcontractors
Ability to lead collaborative problem-solving sessions with leadership teams across business functions
Ability to explain complex solutions to senior leadership
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and CRM platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize competing demands and organize work effectively
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds
Ability to sit for extended periods and work at a computer
