  • Drive strategic initiatives and complex, high-impact business programs.
  • Advise business units on strategies, roadmaps, and investment priorities.

Prasības

  • Extensive experience managing programs, strategic projects, and digital transformation.
  • Strong background in functional analysis, process modeling, and complex requirements gathering.
  • Strong knowledge of agile and hybrid methods and portfolio management practices.
  • Experience developing and managing strategic roadmaps.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, or comparable tools.
  • Advanced knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with systems integration, APIs, and enterprise architectures.
  • Ability to work with architecture, development, QA, infrastructure, and operations teams.
  • Experience managing programs and portfolios, including scope, budgets, risks, executive stakeholders, and enterprise dependencies.
  • Experience in complex environments with multiple vendors and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience defining governance models and providing executive oversight.
  • Salesforce experience, particularly with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud, is a plus.
  • Experience in telecommunications, digital retail, financial services, or high-scale B2C markets is a plus.
  • Knowledge of enterprise and solution architecture is a plus.
  • Experience with omnichannel customer journeys and customer experience is a plus.
  • PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum, SAFe, CBAP, or equivalent certifications are a plus.
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • A graduate degree, MBA, or specialization is preferred.
  • Strong executive communication and ability to influence strategically.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
