Grow NAPA Auto Parts sales and customer relationships with wholesale accounts in Fairfax and Woodbridge, Virginia. Promote products, develop leads, and support local sales plans in this remote role.

- Grow company-owned NAPA Auto Parts stores, their customer base, sales, and profits.
- Promote NAPA products and programs to wholesale customers.
- Develop plans with the local Store Manager to increase sales.
- Build and manage local leads through proactive outreach.
- Identify customer needs and match them with NAPA offerings.
- Collaborate with manufacturer representatives to strengthen programs and customer knowledge.
- Engage customers through NAPA eSales programs.
- Lead seminars, clinics, and presentations on NAPA products and services.
- Support customer satisfaction through responsive service.
- Resolve customer problems, complaints, and questions in person or by phone.
Prasības
- Experience in retail or outside sales.
- At least two years of experience in a customer-focused role.
- Ability to perform in a quota-driven environment.
- Basic selling skills, including sales-call preparation, customer meeting management, handling resistance, closing sales, and account maintenance.
- Ability to present information in group meetings.
- Valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the past four years.
- Ability to bend to floor-level shelves and reach shelves up to eight feet using a stool or ladder as needed.
- Ability to stand and walk throughout the work shift.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds of merchandise.
- Clear speaking and attentive listening skills.
- Ability to set expectations, meet commitments, track results, and manage accountability.
- Ability to inspect, protect, and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, buildings, and people.
