Apraksts

  • Provide systems and operational support for loan servicing, including FIS core banking technology and related applications, processes, and functions.
  • Analyze business needs and help configure and enhance systems.
  • Investigate issues and coordinate testing and system upgrades.
  • Improve workflows throughout the loan servicing lifecycle.
  • Work with Loan Servicing, technology partners, stakeholders, subject matter experts, business owners, vendors, and other teams.
  • Document, communicate, validate, and refine business requirements.
  • Recommend solutions informed by product direction, market needs, research, and organizational objectives.
  • Gather information and ideas about current and planned business systems.
  • Assess moderately complex business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements.
  • Contribute to business cases and requests for proposals during project initiation.
  • Help test integrations and support user acceptance testing for new or updated workflows, processes, and systems.
  • Contribute to training, implementation, and post-implementation materials.
  • Act as a connection between business units and the Technology Advancement Group (TAG).
  • Follow bank regulations and stay informed about regulatory changes.
  • Coach, mentor, or train colleagues and deliver coursework as a subject matter expert when requested.
  • Support Columbia’s corporate culture and its goal of becoming the “Business Bank of Choice.”
  • Carry out other duties as assigned.

Prasības

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, project management, business systems, or an equivalent field is preferred.
  • Two to four years of relevant business analysis, project management, or operations experience related to the assigned business unit is required.
  • Knowledge of business operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Data analysis experience, including project management and/or operations.
  • Familiarity with banking policies, procedures, practices, and documentation.
  • Proficiency in development concepts and practices, potential applications, and customer requirements.
  • Demonstrated use of project management skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company while managing customer relationships.
  • Ability to travel occasionally.
  • Ability to work fully onsite at the posted location or locations.
  • Ability to comply with bank policies, procedures, regulations, and required annual or role-specific training.
  • Working knowledge of the Bank Secrecy Act, Regulation CC, Regulation E, bank security, and other applicable regulations.
