Apraksts

  • Support the E-commerce & CRM Deployment Manager in meeting Vuse and Glo e-commerce targets through timely, complete digital activations.
  • Develop and deliver market-specific e-commerce campaigns, including asset creation and approvals.
  • Brief, test, and approve technical updates and UX/UI improvements informed by regional plans, consumer insights, and market trends.
  • Work with regional digital, market CRM deployment, and loyalty teams to launch activations across digital channels.
  • Share results, identify lessons, and contribute to future plans.
  • Coordinate market and regional digital teams to align activity with performance goals and annual KPIs.
  • Manage market forecasts and stock in line with the cycle plan.
  • Coordinate external partners, including creative agencies and warehouse operations, to support implementation and order fulfilment.
  • Track competitors and assess emerging digital marketing touchpoints and advertising channels.
  • Present results, findings, recommendations, and outlooks to senior stakeholders.

Prasības

  • University degree focused on Marketing, preferably Digital Marketing.
  • Initial experience in e-commerce deployment roles.
  • At least two years of experience in a digital-focused role.
  • Understanding of consumer purchasing decisions.
  • Interest in new media and technical innovation.
  • Curiosity about emerging digital trends.
  • Project management capability.
  • Ability to lead and deliver cross-functional projects.
  • Flexibility and self-motivation to advance projects independently.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at once.
  • Resourcefulness in finding solutions beyond established approaches.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Fluent in German and English.
