Apraksts

  • Own the evidence base Hostaway uses to prioritize product development and assess product impact.
  • Establish product measurement standards, including definitions for active and adopting customers and analytical segmentation.
  • Integrate sizing, expected metric impact, and measurement plans into product requirements and planning.
  • Develop measurement methods for situations where controlled A/B testing is not practical.
  • Define evaluation frameworks for AI-native products whose activity metrics provide an incomplete picture.
  • Use quantitative analysis to inform product investment decisions.
  • Raise metrics fluency across product management so teams can bring their own analysis to reviews.
  • Set technical standards for tracking plans, instrumentation specifications, and data quality.
  • Establish the product analytics function, initially hiring an experienced product analyst.
  • Write SQL queries and develop analyses directly.
  • Coach and mentor other analysts.
  • Work with Data Engineering on data models, pipelines, the warehouse, and architecture.
  • Maintain a dotted-line working relationship with the CTO.
  • Report directly to the Chief Product Officer.

Prasības

  • At least eight years of product analytics experience, preferably in a scaling B2B SaaS company.
  • Strong data fundamentals, including the ability to design dependable data models with Data Engineering.
  • Experience establishing consistent event tracking across features and domains.
  • Familiarity with SQLMesh is advantageous.
  • Extensive use of AI tools, with a clear understanding of their strengths and limitations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders through evidence-based analysis.
  • Experience helping organizations replace intuition-led decisions with data-led practices.
  • Experience building analytics operating models from the ground up.
  • Ability to develop business models that withstand scrutiny from finance leadership.
  • Ability to create fair comparisons in complex B2B products and communicate analytical limitations candidly.
  • Hands-on experience querying data with SQL and building analyses.
  • Must be based in the EMEA region.
  • Additional experience measuring AI features, automated workflows, or API usage; product-led growth; churn modeling; multi-user platforms; or travel, hospitality, or property technology is desirable.
