Apraksts

  • Contribute to Planium Holding’s commercial and financial decisions across operational and strategic work.
  • Deliver regular financial and performance reports to management, shareholders, and financing partners.
  • Lead controlling and consolidate the Group’s companies.
  • Develop the finance team and improve processes through digitalization and standardization.
  • Manage planning, budgeting, forecasting, and liquidity planning.
  • Support add-on acquisitions from due diligence through integration.
  • Partner closely with the Planium Group CEO and serve as a key counterpart to AUCTUS.

Prasības

  • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Bring several years of accounting and controlling experience, ideally in a mid-sized business, audit firm, or management consultancy.
  • Have strong expertise in finance, reporting, and consolidation.
  • Ideally, have some experience in private equity-backed businesses, M&A transactions, or people management.
  • Show a hands-on approach, strong influencing skills, and an interest in working with mid-sized companies.
  • Be fluent in written and spoken German and English.
