Apraksts

  • Scope new client opportunities by defining requirements, deliverables, and delivery assumptions.
  • Represent the Professional Services Group in reviews of complex or unusual engagements before commitments are made.
  • Manage scope changes, coordinating pricing with Sales and capacity and timing with Operations.
  • Act as the lead consulting contact and trusted advisor for client accounts, with ongoing support for the largest clients.
  • Guide value-based renewal discussions and identify follow-on work and ways to expand client relationships.
  • Ensure clients achieve measurable value from their engagements with Martin & Company.
  • Review quality on large and first-time projects before client delivery.
  • Maintain and refine quality checklists for routine work, and record lessons learned across engagements.
  • Give Operations clearly defined scopes for client deliverables.
  • Work with Operations on key-account staffing, milestones, expectations, and project health.
  • Help develop consulting methods, playbooks, and reusable materials.
  • Identify services suitable for standardization or productization.
  • Mentor consultants in property and casualty insurance expertise and consultative skills.

Prasības

  • Bring at least 10 years of property and casualty insurance experience, including five or more years leading client-facing consulting engagements.
  • Know the insurance product lifecycle in depth, including product development, regulatory compliance, and state filings.
  • Demonstrate success scoping complex engagements and managing scope through delivery.
  • Show executive presence and credibility when advising senior client stakeholders and offering constructive challenge.
  • Have a record of setting clear standards and leading through others.
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Bring strong attention to detail and quality.
  • Have experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders at the same time.
  • Have worked at a consulting firm, insurer, or managing general agent serving multiple insurance lines.
  • Have experience supporting technology-enabled services, platforms, or software implementations.
  • Have experience developing consulting methods, playbooks, or quality programs.
  • People management experience and interest are a plus as the role is expected to grow to include direct reports.
