Apraksts

  • Process cash receipts promptly and accurately to support accounts receivable operations.
  • Maintain customer master data, account setups and records.
  • Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, short payments, deductions and unapplied cash.
  • Track customer payment performance and aging reports.
  • Assist with collections to reduce overdue balances and bad debts.
  • Build professional working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Complete accounts receivable month-end closing activities.
  • Find ways to improve accounts receivable processes and controls.
  • Refer unresolved matters to the APAC Accounts Receivable Manager.
  • Provide parental-leave cover as part of the finance team under a 12-month fixed-term contract.

Prasības

  • Prior experience working in a finance department is essential.
  • Experience with Navision is desirable.
  • An Asia-Pacific language is an advantage.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Able to start by Monday, 16 November 2026.
