Accounts Receivable Clerk (Hybrid, Australia)
Handle cash receipts, reconciliations, collections and month-end close for a medical device manufacturer. This hybrid, 12-month parental-leave cover role is based in Australia.
Tavsif
- Process cash receipts promptly and accurately to support accounts receivable operations.
- Maintain customer master data, account setups and records.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, short payments, deductions and unapplied cash.
- Track customer payment performance and aging reports.
- Assist with collections to reduce overdue balances and bad debts.
- Build professional working relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Complete accounts receivable month-end closing activities.
- Find ways to improve accounts receivable processes and controls.
- Refer unresolved matters to the APAC Accounts Receivable Manager.
- Provide parental-leave cover as part of the finance team under a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Talablar
- Prior experience working in a finance department is essential.
- Experience with Navision is desirable.
- An Asia-Pacific language is an advantage.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills.
