Remote E-commerce Performance Manager (US)

Lead Shopify growth for a direct-to-consumer brand, covering customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and unit economics. Oversee paid media, conversion optimization, analytics, and operational performance.

Aprašymas

  • Manage the digital storefront, growth marketing results, and operational efficiency.
  • Improve customer acquisition, funnel conversion, unit economics, and operational execution.
  • Manage and optimize paid acquisition across channels such as Meta, Google Search and Shopping, TikTok, and direct mail.
  • Track daily and weekly performance against ROAS, MER, CAC, and LTV targets.
  • Create and refine creative testing plans with designers and content creators.
  • Review and improve the Shopify customer journey, including landing pages, product detail pages, checkout, and upsell flows.
  • Run A/B tests on website copy, offers, design, and page speed to raise conversion rate and average order value.
  • Create custom landing pages with Rebuy, Unbounce, or Replo.
  • Track inventory velocity, product margins, and stock levels.
  • Coordinate with fulfillment and logistics teams to monitor shipping times, landed costs, and customer delivery satisfaction.
  • Oversee unit economics, contribution margins, and platform and app fees.
  • Create and maintain live performance dashboards using Triple Whale, Northbeam, GA4, or business intelligence tools.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance updates for management, covering results, experiments, bottlenecks, and next steps.

Reikalavimai

  • At least four years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing and e-commerce operations for a direct-to-consumer brand.
  • Strong familiarity with Shopify and its app ecosystem, including Klaviyo, Rebuy, Gorgias, and Recharge.
  • Able to analyze data and attribution models and use the findings to make profitable operational decisions.
  • Strong working knowledge of advertising platforms, including Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
  • Experience with attribution tools and A/B testing methods.
  • Highly organized and self-directed, with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting and balance strategy with daily execution.
  • Must currently live in the United States.
  • Preferred: experience in beauty, apparel, or consumer packaged goods; basic HTML, CSS, or Liquid knowledge; or experience managing email and SMS retention through Klaviyo or Attentive.
