Onsite Payroll Specialist
Process payroll for RSM clients, covering multiple states, tax compliance, reconciliations, and year-end W-2s.

- Process regular, bonus, and off-cycle payroll across multiple states.
- Audit payroll records for hours, deductions, and tax withholding accuracy.
- Investigate payroll discrepancies and respond to employee inquiries.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax rules.
- Prepare reports and reconciliations for Finance and HR leaders.
- Help maintain and improve payroll systems.
- Support year-end payroll work, including W-2 processing.
Reikalavimai
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Two to four years of payroll experience.
- FPC or CPP certification is preferred.
- Accurately process multi-state payroll by scheduled deadlines.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax rules.
- Able to work additional hours during peak business periods.
- Travel to client or organization sites may be needed for business reasons.
- Entry-level applicants who need sponsorship now or in the future will not be hired.
