  • Engage proactively with London entrepreneurs and small businesses, especially those less likely to use traditional support services
  • Match businesses with relevant advice, resources, and specialist providers
  • Develop trusted relationships across local communities, business networks, authorities, and support organisations
  • Build and maintain connections with community groups, event organisers, and service providers
  • Provide impartial referrals to appropriate support providers
  • Assess business needs through structured diagnostics and analysis
  • Support outreach, marketing, workshops, roundtables, exhibitions, PR activity, photoshoots, social media, and broadcast opportunities
  • Offer continuing information and guidance to small and medium-sized businesses
  • Work with fellow Business Support Managers to exchange knowledge, contacts, and effective practices
  • Represent the service in meetings, events, and other public-facing settings
  • Sustain local authority relationships and report on service participation
  • Help develop, oversee, and evaluate the business support service
  • Investigate effective practices across business support services
  • Complete relevant training and apply new knowledge and skills
  • Gather client case studies and testimonials
  • Distribute and monitor business feedback surveys
  • Support an assigned monthly volume of entrepreneurs and small businesses
  • Record precise information in reporting and client management systems
  • Document outcomes across customer journeys
  • Protect confidential information and comply with data protection requirements
  • Keep client records comprehensive, accurate, and current

Reikalavimai

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A compassionate, respectful approach that recognises each case as individual
  • Experience supporting entrepreneurs and small businesses, including taking additional steps to achieve positive outcomes
  • Experience in a target-focused or sales-oriented environment
  • Understanding of London’s business ecosystem is preferred
  • Understanding of underserved communities is preferred
  • Additional language skills are preferred
  • Convenient access to Bromley, Bexley, and Greenwich is advantageous
  • Willingness to travel within London when required
  • Ability to comply with applicable data protection rules and preserve confidentiality
