Aprašymas

  • Respond promptly to questions and requests from clients, affiliates, and partners.
  • Help clients understand program requirements and build client relationships.
  • Receive, process, and set up new client requests.
  • Prepare initial and renewal work orders for the B Lab program.
  • Support client invoicing and the release of certification packets.
  • Coordinate with technical staff to deliver services and solutions on time.
  • Maintain and implement the program quality system.
  • Organize and maintain client files, documents, procedures, protocols, and forms.
  • Track progress to meet SCS Global Services quality management requirements and applicable certification scheme rules.

Reikalavimai

  • Associate degree in business administration or a related field, or at least three years of professional business administration experience, including project or program coordination, client interaction, and data entry.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Ability to adjust to frequent timeline changes on complex, long-term projects.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with database systems such as Salesforce and remote communication tools such as Zoom, Teams, or Google Meet.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently, with responsiveness and adaptability in a diverse team environment.
  • Commitment to SCS values and environmental issues.
  • Preferred: Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Preferred: Salesforce experience.
  • Preferred: Additional language skills such as Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, or German; French or Portuguese is especially desirable.
