  • Ability to substantiate industry viewpoints and separate meaningful developments from hype
  • Advanced technical fluency in system architecture, AI and data infrastructure, and deployment pipelines
  • Strong customer empathy and product judgment
  • Experience managing fully distributed teams with high trust and accountability
  • Experience in regulated sectors such as insurance, fintech, healthcare, or comparable industries is a strong advantage
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulations including SOC 2, HIPAA, and state cybersecurity requirements
