Prasības

At least 12 years of experience leading engineering teams
Track record of guiding engineering organizations through multiple company-stage transitions
Experience working at a scale that involves the board, investors, and executive leadership
A well-developed perspective on AI-native engineering and AI’s impact on engineering roles, organizations, and software-delivery economics
Ability to substantiate industry viewpoints and separate meaningful developments from hype
Advanced technical fluency in system architecture, AI and data infrastructure, and deployment pipelines
Strong customer empathy and product judgment
Experience managing fully distributed teams with high trust and accountability
Experience in regulated sectors such as insurance, fintech, healthcare, or comparable industries is a strong advantage
Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulations including SOC 2, HIPAA, and state cybersecurity requirements
