Apraksts

  • Help execute data management strategy for finance applications in partnership with the Finance Applications Data Lead.
  • Build the FDL consulting blueprint and an industry-agnostic data model.
  • Partner with the Data Lead and Product Owner to establish dependable finance application data architecture.
  • Work with finance, IT, and data science teams to manage and use finance application data.
  • Lead client engagement delivery and manage client relationships.
  • Guide technical teams in designing and delivering system architecture solutions.
  • Adapt technology platforms to business processes and drive ongoing improvement.
  • Manage complex processes, solutions, and projects while maintaining quality and managing risk.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Lead and motivate client teams, providing feedback and coaching.
  • Support data strategy execution and define data requirements, architecture, and models.
  • Lead the design and implementation of an extensible common information model for the FDL Blueprint.
  • Create and maintain data dictionaries, entity relationship diagrams, and data lineage maps.
  • Lead delivery of the FDL Blueprint solution, with attention to scalability, performance, and security.
  • Work with data scientists and finance subject matter resources to identify machine learning and generative AI opportunities.
  • Help establish and maintain a strong data governance framework.
  • Keep up with machine learning, generative AI, data management, and Azure technologies.
  • Identify and implement new solutions for finance applications.

Prasības

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or computer science.
  • At least five years of progressive financial planning and analysis (FP&A) experience.
  • Experience with strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Experience with financial modeling and scenario analysis.
  • Experience with variance analysis and management reporting.
  • Experience collaborating across functions with business stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with EPM platforms such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM Cloud Suite, Oracle Hyperion, OneStream, or Tagetik.
  • Anaplan Certified Model Builder credential preferred.
  • Understanding of financial data architecture and governance.
  • Knowledge of financial data modeling and dimensional design.
  • Knowledge of chart of accounts structures and hierarchy management.
  • Knowledge of data quality standards and reconciliation processes.
  • Knowledge of master data management for finance applications.
  • Knowledge of finance applications and financial modeling for profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment and support adoption of emerging technologies.
  • Strong business skills, including relationship management and commercial awareness.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to meet client needs.
