Manage pipeline or SQL targets.
Map and instrument the funnel, find lead leakage, and run structured experiments.
Build and operate marketing automation, CRM, sequencing, enrichment, and scoring systems.
Manage paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, and retargeting.
Run multi-channel account-based outbound through email, LinkedIn, and retargeting.
Put an AI-assisted, SDR-style system into operation.
Create distinct messaging for platform, IT, security, and AI buyers across channels.
Own pipeline, funnel conversion, MQL/SQL, CAC, and payback performance.
Use Claude and AI agents to expand marketing output.
Build demand and establish the growth engine in an early-stage company.
Work closely with founders, the growing sales team, and customers.

Experience growing a technical B2B product in areas such as infrastructure, security, or developer tools.
Typically, at least four years running acquisition or growth programs.
Experience owning a pipeline or SQL target.
A systems-minded, experimental approach to funnel mapping, instrumentation, lead leakage analysis, and structured testing.
Practical experience with marketing automation, CRM, sequencing, enrichment and scoring tools, LinkedIn, Google, and retargeting.
Experience running account-based, multichannel outbound through email, LinkedIn, and retargeting.
Comfort putting an AI-assisted, SDR-style system into operation.
Ability to quickly understand technical buyers and adapt messaging to each audience and channel.
Fluency in pipeline, funnel conversion, MQL/SQL, CAC, and payback metrics.
Experience using Claude and AI agents to scale work with sound judgment.
Experience building demand at an early-stage company and adding structure without bureaucracy.
Ability to partner with founders and a growing sales team.
Familiarity with MCP, AI agents, or enterprise security and governance is preferred.
Experience marketing to CIO, CISO, platform, IT, or AI buyers is preferred.
Experience building or operating an in-house outbound or ABM program is preferred.
Experience with both self-serve or PLG and sales-led motions is preferred.
Campaign copywriting range is preferred.
Experience as a founding or early demand-generation hire is preferred.
Willingness to work hybrid from the San Mateo or San Francisco offices three days per week.
