- Provide technical and functional expertise for Salesforce ecosystem analytics solutions
- Capture business needs, facilitate workshops, and help define strategic KPIs and indicators
- Create dashboards, reports, and analyses with Salesforce CRM Analytics and Tableau
- Develop and refine CRM Analytics Dataflows, Recipes, Datasets, Lenses, and Dashboards
- Create analytical models and business metrics for Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Operations
- Connect Salesforce, Data Cloud, and external data sources while maintaining reliable, consistent data
- Apply sound practices for data governance, quality, security, and performance
- Present complex data as actionable insights for both technical and executive audiences
- Contribute to digital transformation programs and clients’ adoption of data-driven practices
- Partner with cross-functional teams on estimates, technical proposals, and analytics roadmaps
- Coach consultants and analysts by sharing practical knowledge and proven methods

- Demonstrated expertise with Salesforce CRM Analytics, also known as CRMA or Einstein Analytics
- Practical experience building dashboards and visualizations in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Cloud, or Tableau Server
- Advanced capability in analytical data modeling and business metric design
- Hands-on experience with CRM Analytics Dataflows, Recipes, Datasets, and Lenses
- Working knowledge of SAQL and/or Tableau Calculated Fields
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs for Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing
- Background in ETL/ELT workflows and data integration
- Familiarity with APIs, Data Cloud, Data Lakes, and other enterprise data platforms
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
- Ability to manage the full solution lifecycle from requirements analysis through implementation and ongoing support
