Oversee daily activities and requests from development partners
Lead presales sessions and coordinate third-party application integrations
Organize SDK training and integration certification activities
Provide SDK tools, APIs, sample resources, documentation, and product references
Arrange presales meetings with prospective partners
Administer Genetec SDK applications submitted by partners
Gather integration data and coordinate validation with product and sales teams
Maintain partner information and integration status across the CRM, SharePoint, and add-on portal
Address partner requests or direct them to the appropriate internal teams
Work with inside sales, customer service, and marketing teams
Deliver first-line technical and licensing support
Create and present statistical reports for the program
Contribute to program improvements and oversee interns

Талаптар

Previous experience coordinating activities, managing accounts, or supporting customers
Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Strong relationship-building abilities and a demonstrated capacity for cross-functional collaboration
Proven ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines at once
Highly organized, detail-focused, and comfortable working within defined processes
Fluent written and spoken French and English
