  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related discipline is preferred
  • At least two years of recruiting or HR experience, ideally in manufacturing, industrial, or high-volume environments
  • Working knowledge of sourcing platforms, applicant tracking systems, and established recruiting practices
  • Strong written and verbal communication, organization, and relationship-management abilities
  • Capacity to balance competing priorities in a fast-moving workplace
  • Proactive approach and genuine interest in matching people with suitable opportunities
