Lead the conversion of Frost & Sullivan’s research and advisory methods into reusable, AI-powered decision-intelligence solutions. Define models, workflows, and client simulation experiences for Growth Pipeline Management.

- Develop decision-intelligence models, knowledge structures, evaluation resources, and governed workflows for Growth Pipeline Management and approved research or advisory applications.
- Design configurable solutions that enable clients to find opportunities, compare options, model scenarios, and track change.
- Convert Frost & Sullivan research and advisory methods into configurable MetaBrain decision-intelligence solutions.
- Translate client decisions into data models, logic, workflows, user experiences, and acceptance criteria alongside a qualified technology partner.
- Lead discovery sessions with advisors and clients to establish decision owners, alternatives, constraints, and measurable value.
- Favor reusable Growth Pipeline Management modules over isolated report-automation projects.
- Document advisory inputs, processes, and outputs, including taxonomies, concept relationships, scoring rules, scenario assumptions, and evidence requirements.
- Distinguish verified facts, expert judgment, forecasts, and unresolved information gaps.
- Turn advisory methods into clear specifications and delivery backlogs.
- Work with the team to configure advisor Design/Tuning and client Advisory/Simulation experiences.
- Coordinate pilots, advisor feedback, change control, and adoption activities.
- Set configuration boundaries, update schedules, operating costs, and reusable component definitions.
- For the technology track, own approved API, orchestration, identity, reliability, and deployment designs subject to engineering review.
- Report to the Chief Architect - Business while retaining technical accountability to the Chief Architect - Technology.

- Demonstrated experience leading research or consulting engagements and explaining industry economics.
- Usually six or more years of relevant experience, with equivalent accomplishments considered.
- Evidence of client discovery, framework design, quantitative interpretation, and cross-functional leadership.

- A practical example of AI-assisted research supported by source verification.
- Preferred experience includes product management, solution design, workflow automation, industry knowledge modeling, business analytics, or enterprise platforms.

- The Lead Architect - Technology appointment additionally requires evidence of software architecture, integrations, secure deployment, and technical delivery.
- An AI certificate by itself does not qualify someone for the Lead Architect - Technology appointment.
