- Prospect primarily by phone among SME decision-makers at companies with 11 to 200 employees across Western France.
- Promote outsourced marketing and communications management, social media management, and recruitment services.
- Shape the sales approach to match each brand’s marketing strategy.
- Reach prospects through phone calls, LinkedIn, email, and professional networking.
- Arrange and lead initial client meetings.
- Assess prospect needs and hand qualified opportunities to experts for proposals and closing.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients.
- Record activity in the CRM and refine outreach methods to improve performance.
- Build toward holding 20 qualified meetings per month within the first three months.
- Gradually assume commercial responsibility for multiple brands.

- A strong sales orientation and genuine interest in prospecting.
- Confidence engaging decision-makers, creating interest, addressing objections, and booking meetings.
- Persistence, target-focused motivation, and flexibility in adapting outreach methods.
- At least one year of professional experience outside apprenticeships, or three years of successful apprenticeship experience, selling premium B2B services with demonstrated independence.
- A master’s degree in business, or a bachelor’s degree combined with relevant experience.
- Polished communication and a professional presence when dealing with executives.
- A solid understanding of digital marketing and personal branding.
- Fluency with LinkedIn and CRM platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect effectively.
