  • Bachelor’s degree in data science, analytics, statistics, mathematics, computer science, information systems, engineering, business analytics, or a related focus.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science, data engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong grounding in business intelligence, data analytics, statistical analysis, data governance, and data management.
  • Ability to query, manipulate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
  • Experience using analytical methods to solve complex business problems.
  • Knowledge of modern business intelligence, AI, automation, and data platform technologies.
  • Experience with SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Databricks, Azure, or comparable technologies.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to business audiences.
  • Experience leading projects, mentoring colleagues, or serving as a technical subject matter expert.
  • Experience establishing data governance standards and promoting data quality practices.
  • Experience supporting self-service reporting and analytics programs.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and consulting skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Automotive, transportation, manufacturing, or financial services experience is preferred.
  • Experience with AI, machine learning, automation, or emerging analytical technologies is preferred.
  • Must be legally authorized to work permanently in the country where the position is based when applying.
  • The final candidate must pass a criminal background check.
  • The final candidate may need to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
