  • Continuously improve operational practices to increase the performance and efficiency of the embedded Scaled Creative Production studio
  • Lead AI implementation, workflow optimization, asset review, quality control, brand compliance, reporting, cost analysis, troubleshooting, resourcing, and client communication
  • Drive an AI-first approach across creative workflows to accelerate asset delivery
  • Build and maintain end-to-end processes from briefing through delivery
  • Manage project intake, prioritization, resourcing, and tracking through tools such as Asana
  • Create production schedules and address potential delays
  • Forecast capacity risks from project volume and complexity
  • Apply generative AI and multi-agent workflows to improve production efficiency and consistency
  • Simplify team processes and support onboarding documentation
  • Assign internal, vendor, and freelance resources for effective delivery
  • Oversee multiple concurrent creative projects, including editorial and multi-market scaling briefs
  • Create project plans, establish timelines, and monitor progress
  • Identify and address risks that could affect project success
  • Review all deliverables for quality and reduce final-output errors
  • Maintain systems that track time and effort for resource planning and cost analysis
  • Act as the operational liaison between the studio and key client stakeholders
  • Coordinate project kickoffs, status meetings, and post-project reviews
  • Maintain communication standards and documentation, including SLAs, style guides, and brief templates
  • Integrate client-approved proprietary and third-party AI tools and automation platforms
  • Ensure the creative team can effectively use project management, digital asset management, and collaboration platforms

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline
  • Experience in creative operations and production management within a client-facing in-house creative team or agency
  • Demonstrated ability to establish, manage, and improve complex creative workflows across digital, print, video, and other channels
  • Demonstrated expertise in quality assurance and brand compliance
  • Experience incorporating automation tools into creative production
  • Advanced proficiency with project management platforms such as Asana, Workfront, or Smartsheet
  • Ability to analyze and report on output and cost efficiency
  • Highly organized, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience managing a digital asset management system
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace
  • Experience with Google proprietary AI tools, including Gemini, Veo, Imagen, Google Flow, Music AI Sandbox, Nano Banana, and Google Stitch
