Associate Consultant, Human Capital Consulting - Alliant Insurance Services Remote
Support human capital consulting engagements through organizational research, business analysis, skills assessments, process documentation, and training-program development.

- Contribute to client engagement activities
- Research industry data for organizational analysis and solution development
- Build productive client relationships and maintain accountability
- Complete project assignments and deliverables under project manager guidance
- Help evaluate business structures, procedures, and processes
- Support the development and implementation of action plans and training programs
- Interview personnel and conduct skills assessments
- Assist with process documentation and progress reporting
- Follow company policies and applicable laws while performing assigned duties
- Handle additional responsibilities as assigned

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two or more years of corporate work experience preferred
