AI and Automation Specialist - Hyderabad (Hybrid)
Develop Copilot and Claude workflows for Hitachi Vantara’s marketing operations. Improve integrations, automate processes, and enable AI across lead management, campaigns, content, and data.

- Find manual, repetitive, and inefficient processes across Marketing Operations and the wider business
- Create AI and automation solutions that improve operational processes
- Build, test, and maintain automated workflows with Copilot APIs, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Workato, and other integration platforms
- Develop Copilot- and Claude-powered solutions for lead qualification, campaign analysis, content scoring, data enrichment, and related marketing operations work
- Create and refine prompts and system instructions for Copilot and Claude
- Connect AI models and automation tools with Marketo, Salesforce, CRM platforms, analytics systems, and databases through APIs, connectors, and webhooks
- Develop and maintain internal AI skills, automation patterns, and workflow templates
- Track deployed solutions for performance, errors, and data-quality problems
- Produce documentation, playbooks, reusable templates, and operational runbooks
- Train and assist marketing operations and demand generation teams with AI tools
- Assess Copilot and Claude for specific use cases and recommend the appropriate platform
- Work with marketing leadership, sales operations, and cross-functional stakeholders to define requirements and convert business needs into technical solutions
- Report to the Marketing Operations leader

- Bring 5–8 years of hands-on experience in automation, AI implementation, process improvement, or a related technical field
- Have practical experience with workflow automation platforms such as Power Automate, Workato, Zapier, or Make
- Demonstrate practical experience using AI and large language model tools
- Apply strong prompt-engineering skills
- Work confidently with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations
- Design and troubleshoot API-driven workflows and data flows
- Use Python or JavaScript for basic scripting tasks
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Experience with Copilot, Azure OpenAI APIs, or Microsoft AI ecosystems is preferred
- Experience with Copilot Studio or Power Automate cloud flows for AI integration is preferred
- Experience working with the Claude API is preferred
- Experience building multi-step automation workflows is preferred
- Knowledge of data privacy, security, and AI governance practices is preferred
- Familiarity with compliance requirements is preferred
- Experience with marketing technology, Marketo, Salesforce, CRM systems, or sales operations is preferred
- Experience delivering training or enablement programs is preferred
