Description

  • Support full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening through interviews, candidate feedback, reference checks, salary discussions, and offers.
  • Find qualified applicants through job boards and other sourcing channels.
  • Assess applicants’ skills against role requirements in phone or Microsoft Teams video interviews.
  • Keep candidates informed throughout hiring and seek referrals.
  • Maintain a database of technical candidates for future opportunities.
  • Submit screened, qualified resumes and respond to questions about candidates’ qualifications.

Requirements

  • At least one year of recruiting experience in social services, cost allocation, or another consulting service.
  • Build relationships and trust to identify both active and passive candidates.
  • Show competitiveness and urgency in pursuing goals.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects continuously.
  • Take accountability for results.
  • Use Microsoft Office products proficiently.
  • Bring strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Use strong interpersonal skills to meet, interview, and assess people.
  • Collaborate effectively with other DSN team members.
