Support DSN’s engineering, project management, and IT staffing by managing full-cycle recruiting and building networks of technical candidates.

- Support full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening through interviews, candidate feedback, reference checks, salary discussions, and offers.
- Find qualified applicants through job boards and other sourcing channels.
- Assess applicants’ skills against role requirements in phone or Microsoft Teams video interviews.
- Keep candidates informed throughout hiring and seek referrals.
- Maintain a database of technical candidates for future opportunities.
- Submit screened, qualified resumes and respond to questions about candidates’ qualifications.
