Description

  • Manage the employee lifecycle across onboarding, documentation, records, leave and attendance, and exits
  • Oversee monthly payroll and compliance, including data inputs, reconciliations, and employee questions
  • Create thoughtful experiences for onboarding, offboarding, and farewell moments
  • Interview candidates for internal roles and help maintain a fair, consistent hiring process
  • Ensure the Bangalore office operates smoothly and provides a welcoming environment
  • Spot gaps in people operations and address them through clear, practical systems

Requirements

  • 0–3 years of experience in HR operations, people operations, or a comparable role
  • Familiarity with Indian payroll and statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, PT, and TDS, is advantageous
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accurate work
  • Demonstrated warmth, discretion, and sound judgement when handling sensitive discussions
  • Confidence evaluating candidates; previous interviewing experience is advantageous
  • Proactive ownership of problems, with the initiative to resolve issues independently
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace
  • Interest in automating repetitive tasks is an advantage
