Solution Designer – Warsaw, Poland (Onsite)

Description

  • Collect product requirements and deliver engineering and solution design.
  • Analyze, prioritize, and document internal and external customer needs for the digital portfolio and project scope.
  • Assess feasibility and define solution specifications in line with IT and business strategies.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and internal IT development teams.
  • Coordinate solution deployment with development, testing, and operations teams.
  • Contribute to the assessment, design, development, and implementation of digital solutions.
  • Advise internal customers and stakeholders on digital solution processes and portfolio matters, sharing relevant expertise.
  • Support digital products through their full development and rollout lifecycle.
  • Work in an agile environment to deliver iterative MVPs and increase product value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Logistics, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in logistics, business analysis, or IT demand management are preferred.
  • Experience identifying process improvements and coordinating their implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, specify, and verify business and technical requirements.
  • Strong understanding of project and application lifecycles.
  • Practical experience in agile product development or broader agile methodologies.
  • Understanding of business and IT processes.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Fluent written and spoken business English.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Strategic perspective and the ability to connect IT objectives with business value.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across organizational levels.
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills that support continuous learning and improvement.
  • Change management skills, with empathy for cultural resistance and transformation challenges.
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented, and highly analytical.
  • Adaptable thinker who can work effectively in a changing environment.
  • Collaborative team player with very strong communication skills.
