Social Media Manager, United States (Remote)

Lead Presidio’s corporate, paid, and employee advocacy social media programs. Grow visibility for its AI, cybersecurity, networking, and cloud solutions.

Description

  • Lead Presidio’s corporate social strategy, editorial direction, and performance across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Maintain the social content calendar for brand campaigns, demand-generation launches, events, partner initiatives, recruiting content, and timely opportunities.
  • Develop and expand Presidio’s employee advocacy program, covering its operating model, enrollment, content, reporting, recruitment, onboarding, and participation.
  • Gather stories and subject-matter expertise from practice leaders and technical teams for corporate and advocacy channels.
  • Oversee publishing, scheduling, social listening, approvals, and reporting through Sprout Social.
  • Create native social content, including copy, short-form video, graphics, carousels, and event or customer-site video.
  • Manage community engagement across comments, direct messages, and mentions, using response playbooks, escalation paths, and defined tone guidelines.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns on LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
  • Manage paid social budgets and results, including spend efficiency, cost per lead, pipeline contribution, and testing programs.
  • Measure target-account engagement, ICP audience growth, advocacy adoption, earned reach, and social-influenced pipeline.
  • Partner with Demand Generation, Corporate Communications and Brand, Sales, Talent Acquisition, and Partner Marketing teams.
  • Coordinate co-branded campaigns with AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, and other partners.
  • Track platform and algorithm changes, evolving formats, AI developments, and industry conversations across AI Platforms, Security, Lifecycle, and Networking.
  • Report to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of corporate branded social channels, including strategy, calendars, content creation, publishing, community management, and reporting.
  • Native fluency with LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, including format performance, publishing cadence, distribution mechanics, and visibility in agentic AI.
  • Practical experience with Sprout Social or comparable tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or Later.
  • Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta Ads Manager for campaign creation, audience and retargeting setup, budget control, creative testing, and pipeline reporting.
  • Experience with an employee advocacy platform such as EveryoneSocial, Hootsuite Amplify, Firstup, or Sprout’s advocacy module.
  • Hands-on short-form video production, including mobile scripting, filming, and editing with quick turnaround.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, and Figma, plus video or podcast production outside standard social formats.
  • Ability to interpret data on target-account engagement, ICP audience quality, earned reach, and pipeline influence.
  • Strong project management ability and sound judgment regarding brand, legal, and political sensitivities.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executives.
  • Experience in B2B technology, IT services, or channel and partner marketing is preferred.
  • Experience with paid social platforms beyond LinkedIn and Meta, including Reddit, X, YouTube, or programmatic display, is preferred.
  • Experience creating or scaling an employee advocacy program and engaging colleagues outside your reporting line.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience.
  • Four to seven years of experience in social media, content marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Direct ownership of corporate brand social channels, paid social campaigns, and employee advocacy or employee-generated content programs.
  • Portfolio or channel examples are required.
  • Availability for 25–35% travel.
