Senior GTM Recruiter – 6-Month Contract, Sydney Hybrid
Talentful is seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter to source commercial talent for high-growth technology clients. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders as part of an embedded recruitment partnership.
Description
- Source and attract high-quality candidates for client roles
- Apply advanced sourcing methods, including LinkedIn and creative approaches, to identify passive candidates
- Embed deeply within one client’s culture while supporting their recruitment needs
- Advise senior stakeholders on the value of effective talent practices
- Recruit across a range of commercial functions
Requirements
- At least four years of commercial recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, including experience hiring for niche roles
- Ideally, at least one year of in-house recruitment experience
- Strong candidate-sourcing capabilities
- Practical experience using Boolean search
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Availability to work in a hybrid Sydney role, spending two to three days per week in the office
