Description

  • Lead scientific engagement with Medical Experts and deliver clinical and educational strategies
  • Address unsolicited medical inquiries and explain medical and scientific information to Medical Experts
  • Create and execute Medical Expert engagement plans aligned with country strategy
  • Support Alcon clinical research programs and improve trial execution, including coordinating Investigator Initiated Trial requests
  • Build and implement sales and business plans for an assigned customer base
  • Create customer development strategies and Key Account Management plans for assigned accounts
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers
  • Develop account strategies and targeted tactical plans
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts while directing initiatives for specific accounts
  • Assess market conditions and perform competitive intelligence activities
  • Map stakeholders and maintain accurate information in Alcon’s Customer Relationship Management system
  • Provide consulting support across clinical and commercial activities
  • Train and advise Eye Care Professionals on technical and commercial matters
  • Share ongoing feedback with the multidisciplinary team to strengthen customer experience
  • Document and retain information using designated platforms and tools
  • Represent Alcon with customers while upholding and applying the company’s values

Requirements

  • Experience driving scientific engagement with Medical Experts and delivering clinical and educational strategies
